This is the quickest and easiest way to report a claim to Marsh and replaces the previous PDF email submission.
Before proceeding, please read the guide to lodging a claim online carefully to understand which documents are needed and the steps to follow in the portal.
Attention:please note that in order to instruct the file, you must attach your first aid certificate. If this is not available, you must provide thereport from the attending physician .
Be sure to have it completed, signed and stamped by your doctor.
In case of problem
If you are unable to report a claim online, you can follow the instructions provided on this page to download, print, fill in and sign the form to send us by email. Please note that this way of reporting a claim takes significantly longer to process and should therefore only be used if the Portal is inaccessible and not working.
